Always wanted to learn to play, or get better at guitar or bass? Looking for a good experienced teacher for yourself, or a child? Using over 50 years of performing and teaching experience, in a wide range of styles, my guitar and bass lessons students have fun learning to play in whatever style they choose. With these exciting lessons, students can learn quickly, and I try to keep my rates very affordable, so most students stay with me for years.
From weddings, birthday and other parties, to business functions, we are the event performers to turn to for live musical performances for all of your special events, at very reasonable rates. From a solo classical guitar, violin with guitar, or adding a string bass, and more violins for a salon orchestra, to the Smokin' Polecats Blues Band, we will help create memories of a lifetime.

My name is Leigh Oben. Thank you for visiting my website. From a very early age, all I've ever wanted to do was pursue a love of the sound of music. Drawing from a wide range of music experience, I enjoy sharing that love through performance and teaching. I welcome students of all ages, levels, and styles. Learn directly about the style(s) you are interested in, build a foundation of essential guitar or bass skills, and music theory in a way, and to whatever level, that is best for you. Music can help the brain focus, think conceptually, be more efficient, and can be very benefical for children, which is one reason I love teaching students as young as 5, about music. I also offer college audition preparation lessons. I have more than 50 years of musical experience, offering students of any age, an exciting, fun, and convenient way to learn how to play the guitar or bass.
